This originally appeared in January and now the tax noitces are out with the full amount of the increases including the whopping 21% Hospital tax increase. Remember your city councillors also agree to the RDN and NRGH tax increases, as they sit on those boards also. They didn't just agree to pump your taxes another 6.3% they agreed to all the others including the 21% for the hopsital slush fund. They call it a reserve fund, but until there is a solid agreement with the province, it is a slush fund.
