Hospital taxes jump 21%.
City taxes rise 7%.
Then the same system acts confused when families, workers, and seniors are struggling to pay rent.
Maybe the problem isn’t that people aren’t trying hard enough.
Maybe the problem is government keeps taking more while pretending not to notice the damage.
