Have you ever wondered if the City of Nanaimo uses the AAP process for issues they don't think would survive a legitmate vote? A legitimate discussion? Then when they don't survive an AAP vote they convince the province to change the rules? Can we really continue to call this a democracy??
Oh yeah, and there is the questions about having those in 'leadership' roles unable to manage the province within it's means?
What do you think might happen if the electorate actually got off the couch and particpated in the process?
