STROLL ON GABRIOLA ISLAND
Local photo artist Sher Falls captured a bit of westcoast essence on a recent outing to nearby Gabriola Island.
Her composition captures some of the westcoast flavour we pretty much take for granted when we allow the drama of everyday life in Nanaimo to dominate.
Thoughts of city hall shenanigans and downtown chaos, rising taxes and such. all seem to just drift away when we just stop and enjoy the beauty of this place.
