Ask your elected officials—City Councillors, MLAs, MPs—one simple question:

Do you actually want to end this crisis?

If they say yes, then ask them:

What are YOU personally doing to end it?
Not manage it. Not study it. Not fund more of it.
END it.

Because if the system profits from the problem, it has no reason to solve it.
