So why, the massive failure of our leadership?

The solution isn’t complicated. But the political will to solve it? That’s what's missing. If Nanaimo wants its streets back, it needs to stop the illegal drug trade, put criminals in jail, and give addicts mandatory treatment. Simple.

But here’s the kicker: Do our so-called leaders even want this problem solved? Politicians, unions, and organizations all benefit from the chaos. Could they actually have a reason to keep it going?

Mayor Krog, MLA Malcolmson and Anderson and MP Kronis—it’s time to stop the talk and take action. Your job isn’t to maintain the status quo. It’s to fix this mess.

The buck stops with you. The people of Nanaimo are fed up. It's time to do what you 'say' you will do when running for office.
