YOUR VOICE MATTERS MORE THAN YOU KNOW

YOU are the most important cog

in the wheel of Democracy

Your Voice Matters

It’s easy to feel small — like one voice doesn’t count.

But democracy doesn’t start with crowds. It starts with one person.

You are the most important cog in the wheel of democracy. Without you — your vote, your voice, your questions — the whole system stalls. It’s not a crowd that holds government accountable. It’s individuals like you, standing up, speaking out, and inspiring others to do the same.

Your courage to speak — even when it feels like no one is listening — can stir a neighbour, awaken a friend, or help a co-worker find their own voice.

That’s how real change begins.

No system of government is perfect, but democracy — when citizens participate — is still the best hope we have for fair, accountable leadership. It only works when you do.

It doesn't matter how old or young you are, what your life experience, how much education you have or your station in life. You can be the youth living at home still attending school or the senior with a whole life's experience behind them. It does not matter, if you are alive and living in this society it is much richer if YOU participate.

So speak. Ask questions. Show up. Participate. Don't let the 'system' intimidate you, your opinion and wisdom is just as valuable as anyone else .

YOUR VOICE MATTERS - USE IT!

Because you’re not just part of the system — you are the engine that drives it.
